Shipping Methods

When you check out your selected products, you will have two options to ship your products:

A) Pick Up at Store or Freight Charge on Client's Carrier's Accounts. When you select this option, we will make your products ready at our store in typically 1 to 3 business days for in-stock inventory after receipt of your payment; 5 to 7 weeks for high volume orders or out-of-stock products after receipt of your down payment; and 14 to 16 weeks for custom production products. You can either have your shipping forwarder to pick your order at our store or you can inform us of your carrier's information and preferred shipping methods, we will contact your carrier to pick up and put the freight on your account.

B) Ground Shipping. When you select this option, our Sales Representative will contact you within 24 hours to quote your freight cost based on the information and the preferred shipping methods you provided. We will update your online account information for the Freight Quote and through the email address on your file as well. So please come back sign into your account again to check your order status and quoted Freight cost.

Canadian and International Shipping information (outside of the USA):

International orders must be called in during normal business hours. Please call or e-mail us with the name or the item number you wish to order, the quantity of each and your ship to address (or if you plan to use a freight forwarder their address) and we will prepare an proposed freight charges for your review. Merchandise may ship via small package service (FedEx or UPS) or via other means which will be specified in your proposed. On all international orders customers are responsible for any applicable international brokerage, duties, taxes and fees. Upon request we will estimate those fees for you prior to placing an order. Please note, customs inspections/holds in the receiving country may add additional time to your anticipated delivery date.
